1. BDE-Girth™: Surface
Material: Pure Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Best For: Immediate “locker room” bulk and dermal enhancement.
HA is a naturally occurring molecule that provides immediate visual volume. Because it is hydrophilic (attracts water), it creates a soft, “thickened skin” feel. Your body will eventually metabolize and break down the HA, but because HA breaks down in an isovolumetric manner, your gains will maintain through almost the entirety of the lifespan of the HA. Lesser volume touch ups prolong the results through the years.
- The BDE Advantage: In the wrong hands, HA tends to migrate if placed too deep or form lumps if placed too superficially. We deposit BDE-Girth™ Surface into a very specific “in-between” dermal layer to lock the volume in place providing a satisfying bulk to eye and feel.
- Reversibility: This option is 100% reversible with an enzyme called hyaluronidase and it also breaks down on its own after 1-2 years, making it an excellent “entry-level” choice.
- Infinity and Beyond: Add a surface level HA enhancement to BDE – Girth™: Deep or BDE – Girth™: Infinity to become massive. Because those treatments target deeper fascial layers, this leaves the skin layers with room for even more enlargement.
2. BDE-Girth™: Deep (Provider’s Choice)
Material: CaHa / HA Hybrid Best For: Structural girth, realistic movement, and biostimulatory effect
This is our recommended and most popular offering for new and returning clients. By combining the immediate bulk of HA with the collagen-stimulating power of Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHa), you get the best of both worlds. This specific combination allows us able to target deeper penile layers to achieve a result that mimics natural anatomy with a prolonged enhancement lifespan of 2+ years. Results are semi-permanent as both HA and CaHa are naturally metabolized by your body overtime, but leaving your new collagen behind to provide long term enlargement and pleasure.
- The BDE Advantage: The CaHa acts as a scaffold, allowing us to deposit the filler into deeper tissue layers with a significantly lower risk of migration. Your body builds its own collagen around this scaffold, prolonging the girth enhancement even after the HA has metabolized.
- Realistic Aesthetics: Because the enhancement sits in the deeper layers, your natural skin can continue to move freely over a thicker, enhanced shaft. This creates the most realistic appearance and feel during both flaccid and erect states.
3. BDE-Girth™: Infinity
Material: Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) Best For: Experienced circumcised men, structural girth, realistic movement, and permanent biostimulatory effect.
PMMA represents the “permanent” tier of enhancement. While the gains are lasting, this procedure requires the highest level of expertise and patient commitment.
- The BDE Advantage: Like CaHa, PMMA acts as a scaffold for collagenesis and is deposited into the same deep penile layers to enlarge the penile shaft. PMMA microspheres theoretically are not broken down by the body and thus continuously stimulate collagenesis and effects remain permanently.
- The Reality of Permanence: While permanent enhancements offer lifelong benefits, they can occasionally present permanent irregularities. The BDE-Girth™ protocol is specifically engineered to minimize these risks; however, should they occur, our clinical team is extensively trained in advanced complication management. We maintain a strict policy of not offering the BDE-Girth™: Infinity option to uncircumcised patients. This is a safety-first decision based on penile anatomy: in uncircumcised men, the target space is continuous with the foreskin. Over time, PMMA particles naturally migrate, and in these cases, they can move into the foreskin—potentially impairing function and aesthetics years down the road. For circumcised men, the anatomy provides a “closed” structural boundary that keeps the enhancement precisely where it belongs: on the shaft.
- Refinement: We can break up most nodules or irregularities through patient “touch-up” visits and specialized injections (Steroid/5-FU) to break down tissue overages.
