18ml BDE-Girth™: Deep (Hybrid) after 6 months. Patient with a low and relatively loose circumcision. He was fairly long prior to enhancement, but wanted to fill out the girth to better match the head. We were able to add significant enhancement to shaft girth with a smooth transition towards the circumcision scar and glans. There is also noticeable improvement in flaccid hanging length due to the weight of the filler.
21ml BDE-Girth™: Deep (Hybrid) after 6 months. Uncircumcised patient wanting to better match his larger body frame. He also had some concerns about getting the procedure done uncircumcised. As evident, the 21ml of hybrid filler deep added significant bulk while preserving the foreskin due to the deep technique.
8ml BDE-Girth™: Deep (Hybrid) after 4 months. Uncircumcised patient with some initial apprehension about the procedure. We were able to obtain good results using a conservative 8ml filler volume. He eventually came back for 6ml more to even out the distal shaft (total of 14ml).
16ml BDE-Girth™: Surface (HA) after 2 weeks. Uncircumcised patient with the goal of becoming more of a “shower”.
16ml BDE-Girth™: Surface (HA) after 2 weeks. Erect, same uncircumcised patient from above. Additionally patient had 2ml of HA to the glans penis as well.
